They should and must have at least 12 + years of Oracle Project Accounting, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables and General Ledger experience to support this role. Strong expertise in Orace Project Accounting and should be able to implement new projects. Liaison with other teams, Coordination with Offshore Teams for custom development. Possessing a strong understanding of Implementation, testing methodologies for functional, systems, integration, performance, and user acceptance. Ability to work within a team and promote a collaborative work environment Assists in the development and implementation using Oracle Project Accounting. Analyzing the current business processes and scenarios with initial functional implementation and deliver detailed business-focused Project Accounting functions. Recommend and suggest best practice solutions to clients and configurations after the client has accepted the analysis. Lead EBS R12.2 Project Accounting modules (Costing, and Billing,) through complete implementation including requirements gathering, fit- gap analysis, design, build, integrations, test, go-live and post- production support. Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices. Work with Project Manager, Solution Architect, Financials consultant and offshore development teams in completing the entire implementation. Raise issues and provide resolutions as identified to adhere to project schedule.
