Position: Microsoft Dynamics - CRM Program Manager Location: Remote, NJ Duration/Type: 1 Years with possible extension Responsibilities: - Own and deliver a portfolio of high complexity strategic programs at an enterprise level - Setting the vision for the program and defining the expected benefits and outcome - Manages and oversees the end-to-end program management activities, including but not limited to, project status reporting (including financial KPIs), project planning, issue/ risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client and contractor management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of high business complexity - Drive highest levels of Customer Satisfaction and Team Satisfaction - Coordinate with key delivery teams responsible for Test Environments Management, Production Release Management, Performance testing and Capacity Management plus other teams to deliver Pre-Prod and Production infrastructure in the environments.
