What Youll Get to Do: Engage in data exploration using various programming languages (reading and writing code), requiring knowledge of multiple database structures. Support stakeholder in gathering business and technical requirements to deliver data driven solutions. Produce technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards. Research/analyze data flow across ecosystem including operational/analytical data platforms. Serve as a knowledgeable resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to glean insights, and suggest business appropriate recommendations. Participate in the design, development, validation and delivery of data to provide insight into business decisions. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field. 3 years of relevant data analysis experience (an additional 4 years of data analysis work may be substituted for Bachelors degree). Experience in health care industry highly desired. Knowledge of EDI transactions used within the healthcare industry. Experience with Big Data/NoSQL Platforms. Experience delivering production projects at scale. Quantitative ,analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient understanding of analytical tools , languages ,applications, platforms. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
