Position: Scrum Master Insurance - Property & Casualty Insurance Location: Waltham, MA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Role Description: 15+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in Scrum Master role Experience in working with 5+ teams and work in Global Delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones Works with Product owner/Business Analysts/Scrum Masters/ RTE/Dev Teams on release plan execution Should have experience in mentoring teams and experience in playing Agile coach role Should coordinate agile ceremonies facilitating daily scrums , work effort retrospectives, showcases and spring planning sessions Competencies: Insurance - Property & Casualty Insurance, Mastercraft DevPlus Scrum Management Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
