Job Title: Service Now, CSDM Lead

Location:  Chicago, IL- (Onsite)

Role:

ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM) Manager role will implement and managing a standardized framework within KHC ServiceNow Platform to organize and optimize customer service-related data and processes. CSDM Manager will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction, governance, and effective use of the ServiceNow CSDM framework .

Primary Responsibilities:

Assessment:  Assessment of what is currently established across KHC product Family.  This includes understanding what percent of configurations are already in place per product family and needed actions per product family. 
Strategy and Roadmap Development:  Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for CSDM implementation and evolution aligned with Organizational goals and objectives.
Governance: Establish governance policies, standards, and procedures for managing the CSDM framework and associated data
Implementation Oversight:  Manage and oversee the implementation of the CSDM framework across ServiceNow instances, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with business requirements.
Stakeholder Management:  Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and ensure the CSDM meets those requirements.  This included hosting sessions to tune up CSDM sessions.
Data Quality Management:  Implement strategies for enduring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy withing the CSDM framework.
Continuous Improvement:  Continuously monitor and optimize the CSDM framework based on feedback, changing business needs and technological advancements.  Assess designs for new modules against CSDM and share guidelines before implementation.
Development Release:  Manage development capacity hours, capabilities release, and standalone release while adhering to KHC governance process.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform, specifically in configuring and managing CSDM Framework.
Strong understanding of ITSM principles, process, and best practices.  Experience in implementing ITSM solutions within ServiceNow and aligning them with Organizational goals.
Proficiency in data modeling techniques and database management principles.  Ability to design and optimize data structures within ServiceNow to support efficient data management and reporting.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical abilities to analyze complex business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions using ServiceNow capabilities and CSDM framework.
