Role-Appian Developer Location Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration 6+ Months Visa USC/GC Client Confidential With Local DL resume must be 5-6 pages (Need exceptional communication skills) The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Appian development and legacy application modernization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain business applications, testing and implementing solutions and providing primary application support. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues and deliver development/maintenance solutions for business applications. Work independently and with agency staff to test and implement approved solutions. Coordinate with vendor support to troubleshoot and facilitate upgrades. Provide primary support for system and application component upgrades, focusing on modernization transition. Handle legacy application development and modernization, preferably with experience in Oracle environments. Required Skills: 8 years of experience in developing software solutions, including system flow analysis, data usage, and work processes. 5 years of Appian development experience. 5 years of experience transforming and modernizing legacy environments. 5 years of Agile development experience. 5 years of experience with legacy applications Combination of Appian and legacy application development experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in legacy Oracle environments and code for government systems.
