The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the property insurance domain, specifically Umbrella products. This role requires a strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, effectively communicating product vision, managing product backlogs, and driving agile delivery. Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Clearly articulate the overall product vision to the agile team, aligning it with business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine product roadmap. Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure continuous delivery. Agile Leadership: Facilitate and participate in all agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Guide the agile team in understanding business priorities and requirements. Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders. Effectively communicate product progress and challenges to stakeholders. Gather and prioritize feedback to inform product enhancements. Business Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development team to ensure requirements are understood. Performance Evaluation: Participate in 3P performance reviews with client managers. Evaluate team feedback and identify areas for improvement. Required Skills and Experience: Deep Property Insurance Knowledge: Extensive experience in the property insurance industry with a strong focus on Umbrella products and business rules. Agile Methodology: Proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver products using Agile/Scrum frameworks. Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and business teams. Guidewire Expertise: Hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms and a proven track record of managing Guidewire development teams as a Product Owner. Product Ownership: Demonstrated success in owning and delivering complex products. Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve product goals. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other property insurance lines of business. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
