| From: tejasree, ITBrainiac.Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: IT Manager from Infrastructure background (Chinese Candidates only) C2C Location; - New York (3-Month Short-Term) Onsite form day 1 NJ, NY, PA willing to go onsite from day 1 ( Mandarin languages Mandatory) Job Summary: The BEA IT Consultant and Acting IT Head will be responsible for providing expert-level technical consulting and project management support to the BEA organization in New York for a 3-month short-term engagement. This role will work closely with the IT Head to oversee the day-to-day technology operations and lead key initiatives to modernize BEA's IT infrastructure and systems. The IT Consultant will leverage their deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, IT service management, and project delivery to drive successful outcomes during this short-term assignment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the IT Head to develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap for the New York office during the 3-month engagement Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for helpdesk support, database administration, network engineering, and application development Lead complex technology projects from planning through implementation, including ERP system upgrades, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization(MUST) Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to the IT team Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions Monitor IT performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance BEA's capabilities Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Deputize for the IT Head during their absence and represent the IT function at executive meetings Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field 8+ years of progressive IT consulting and/or management experience, preferably in a professional services environment Proven track record of leading successful IT projects and managing high-performing teams within a short timeframe Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, IT service management, and agile project delivery Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on technical skills in areas such as networking, databases, and software development Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin languages is preferred Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, TOGAF) are preferred Regards: Tejasree Echuru Sr. IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc Princeton Forrestal Village 116 Village Blvd, Suite 200 Princeton, NJ 08540| New Jersey-08540 Direct: 609-357-9477 EXT: 110 Direct Line: 609-357-9477 EMAIL : [email protected] Keywords: information technology golang New Jersey New York Pennsylvania Position: IT Manager from Infrastructure background (Chinese Candidates only) C2C [email protected] |
