Job Title: Identity Access Management Project Manager Work Location: Atlanta, Charlotte (Remote is also fine) Duration: Long Term Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills / prior experience. Four or more years of experience leading Identity Access Management Cyber Security efforts, within the banking industry. Ability to communicate with both technical and business end users. Experience asking thought provoking questions to drive out and document in-depth business, system, and technical requirements. Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions. Ability to lead a joint Cyber Security effort, as a representative from Identity & Access Management, coordinating with and participating with the others who are representatives leading in an alternate area of Cyber Security. Follow CCS Business Office and Enterprise Agile methodologies to advance workstreams and identify/remove impediments. Lead development of business case, lead building of the plan that the team will use to execute upon at a later date. Manage to budget and control phases. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams, present to and/or facilitate meetings throughout organization, in both small and large settings. Proficiency using MS Project. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to understand and follow written instructions, working independently, when provided with general work direction. Ability to assist in providing resolution to escalations and/or roadblocks. Project Management Professional, Scrum Alliance, or Scaled Agile Certification. Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate and facilitate multiple Cyber Security resources. Partner with vendors, lines of business, Enterprise Support Services, Enterprise Project Office and Platform Owners to facilitate meetings that drive out requirements related to Active Directory Federation Services, the related authentication, authorization, and user access from within this system and all dependent systems. Validate initial project assumptions and assist or lead translation of project requirements into specifications and Agile initiatives, features, and user stories. Create, manage and track project schedules as appropriate. Create and execute clear communication plans for implementation and validation of changes made in production. Utilize available tools and department guidelines for providing regular informal and formal project updates to Senior Management, stakeholders and core project team members. Track planning progress through completion. Prepare and present project and program level presentations from team level to executive leadership. Work from a home office with written, audio, and video team interaction (remote position).
