Role :- OpenText Support Specialist Location :- Atlanta, GA (day1 onsite) Mandatory Skills :- OpenText, ITIL, ITSM, Job Description :- Minimum 6-8 years hands-on experience on OpenText Content Server, Archive Server applications (SDLC) standards and procedures including: requirements, design, testing and training documentation for OpenText. Experience in supporting OpenText Content server and Archiver server Analysis and estimations for change requests. Knowledge in Content Server administration, design and configuration; including search configuration and optimization and index management; managing error logs and system back-ups; failover strategies and implementation; etc. OScript knowledge to handle customization requests for Opentext Content Content Server is added advantage Experience in ITIL process and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Good Communication Skills..
