Responsibilities: Provide design, planning, implementation, and development support in GRC, ITOM, and Security Operations Tools to delivery program teams. Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met through hands-on development. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with business users to support business requirements effectively. Review, analyze, and oversee the design of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical leadership and communicate effectively with all levels of management. Identify opportunities for asset reuse to reduce solution costs and development time. Convert requirements into system solutions that consider technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Develop innovative technical solutions to complex problems and guide project completion. Requirements: 15+ years overall experience with at least 7 years in ServiceNow solutions design, architecture, and development. Certification in one or more of the following: Certified ServiceNow Applications Developer, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator. Strong hands-on experience in GRC, ITOM, and Security Operations within ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills with proven experience in client-facing roles. In-depth understanding of banking business processes preferred. Familiarity with ITSM and ITBM preferred. Ability to start immediately or ASAP. Must Have: Excellent communication skills, client-facing experience, good articulation. In-depth understanding of banking business.
