Senior Business Analyst With Merger and Acquisitions Job Location:- Remote The role of Sr Business Analyst - Applications (Merger and Acquisitions) is responsible for: Analyzing COTS applications from the Acquired company for dispositioning Planning for "Clone and Clean" deployments to Acquiring companies DC Gathering all related data on applications (Ports, Protocols, Security, Certificates, etc) Gather all Application Dependencies for Applications in scope (Upstream \\ Downstream information flow, DBs, Storage, network requirements, etc) Validation of Application Disposition Plan Working with the Program Team on carrying out the Disposition Plan Skills: Experience with COTS Engineering Packages Experience with non-SAP Business Applications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead large meetings on complex topics Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment under deadlines Regards Felix Ahmed [email protected] Keywords: information technology It's a backfill position -- Senior Business Analyst With Merger and Acquisitions -- Remote !!
