Job Title: Azure Data Architect Location: Jersey City, NJ (Day One Onsite- Need Locals OR Near By States) Duration: 12 Months Contract Requirements and skills: Minimum 14+ years of experience Consultant needed Minimum 4+ years of Architect experience needed More than 8+ years of relevant experience in data engineering tools like Azure Data pipelines , Azure Data factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Delta Lake, Python, SQL Server, and experience with Azure Cloud Strong knowledge and experience designing and implementing solutions on Databases like Hadoop, SQLServer, Oracle, Azure Synapse Demonstrated experience in building, tuning data pipelines on Spark, Cloud native tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks and ETL tools Hands on Azure Data architecture experience Optimize Azure Synapse database Performance tuning of workload and recommend adjustment Understand the need for both batch and stream ingestion of the data from source databases like SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL and other RDBMS based databases. Experience demonstrating and ability to talk about wide variety of data engineering tools, architectures across cloud providers and open-source tools and packages.
