| Title: Infrastructure Analyst Location: Greater Harrisburg Area, PA (Hybrid) (Need Local) Visa: USC/GC/H4-EAD Position Overview: The Infrastructure Analyst will be a part of an exciting and innovative technological solution to support our customer engagements. It is an advanced back-office system that, when developed and deployed, will allow customers to engage and address all their business needs, via a multitude of channels (web, mobile app, chatbot, chat, IVR, phone, social media, etc.).We are dedicated to transforming customer engagement businesses through innovative technology and strategic insights. Responsibilities: Support the Infrastructure team with overseeing and coordinating activities associated with the back-office system, with a focus on the following domains: infrastructure design, environment sizing, networking, firewall, cloud hosting, system administration, licensing, security, and access control Contribute to planning and readiness activities Capture, monitor, and report on contract dependencies Track invoices, and provide recommendations on approving of invoices and ensure credits are applied correctly on invoices Manage resource requirements and staffing progress Maintain Microsoft Azure DevOps on tasks related to infrastructure Help oversee the development, implementation, and training of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
