Experience in supporting OpenText Content server and Archiver server Analysis and estimations for change requests. Knowledge in Content Server administration, design and configuration; including search configuration and optimization and index management; managing error logs and system back-ups; failover strategies and implementation; etc. OScript knowledge to handle customization requests for Opentext Content Content Server is added advantage Experience in ITIL process and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
