Role: Java backend Developer Location: Chicago, IL (Strictly Locals Profiles Only) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Key Skills: Spring boot, Rest API Domain: Recent Banking domain Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Write well-designed, efficient code in Java and related technologies. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven hands-on Software Development experience. Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
