Given below are the details of the position with one of our clients and would like to know if you are interested or can recommend someone interested in this job. position: Product Owner with Business Analyst Location: Dallas, TX and San Antonio, TX Duration: 12+ months contract Experience: 10+ Years Onsite from Day 1 Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with submission Must have: Product Owner, Insurance - Property & Casualty Insurance, Umbrella product Role Description: Should be able to communicate the overall product vision to the agile team from the business standpoint. He/she will be managing the product backlog and ensuring the team always has the right and enough backlogs and a forward plan to deliver the product. Will be responsible for ending the discussions with the client business team and prioritizing the backlogs for the agile team ahead of the Program Increment. Will be responsible and participate in all necessary sprint ceremonies like Sprint reviews, Sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings and guide the team from the Business standpoint. Must have property Insurance knowledge and should act as the liaison between team and business stakeholders. Will be responsible for evaluating team feedback at each iteration end in the 3P performance reviews with the client managers. Essential Skills: Must have Umbrella product/business knowledge/ Experience. Must have Umbrella Business Rules knowledge/ Experience. Must have Property insurance Lines of Business knowledge/Experience. Must be from a Guidewire team background and should have handled a Guidewire Dev team as a PO Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
