The Technical Lead will provide solutions to business requirements, or technical issues, and is responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements. The Technical Lead (TL) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day software development aspects along with the IT (Development) Manager. They are required to learn the full duties of the Development team they support and will be expected to work alongside them. They will also liaise with the PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams. TL must be able to drive Development component of Agile scrum teams and clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams. Skills Develop applications, data integrations and technology solutions-40% of time Create Design & Technical Specs from Business specs, provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers & Sr. Developers-30% of time Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects-10% of time Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others during the delivery of the project-10 % of time Other duties as assigned-10% of time Required -Previous experience as T ech Lead or Architect -High level of expertise in designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications, including experience with: * An Application Framework: Angular/React/Vue/etc. * A Programming Language: Java/JavaScript/TypeScript * A Package Manager: npm/yarn/etc. * An SCM Platform: GitHub/Bitbucket/etc. * A CI/CD Platform: Jenkins/Travis/GitHub Actions/etc. * A Unit Testing Framework: Jest/Mocha/Chai/etc. * A UI/Integration Testing Framework: Cypress/Selenium/etc. -High level of expertise in two or more of the following: * Java, Spring Boot, Microservices * Application performance and accessibility testing * Application Architecture * GCP, AWS, or other cloud technologies * Native Mobile Development Preferred -3-5yrs experience with Agile Development Methodology (leading scrum teams, PI Product/Roadmap planning) Education Bachelor's or Associate s Degree Ankita Singh -Recruitment Manager Email- [email protected] Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment quality analyst user interface information technology green card Java Technical Lead or Architect -Denver, Colorado [email protected] |
