Title: Salesforce Tester

Location: District of Columbia OR VIRGINIA OR MARYLAND - HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE FROM THESE LOCATION)

WORK VISA: USC or GC ONLY

Client: CareFirst BCBS

CareFirsts is seeking a Sr. QA/Test Engineer to support FEP Local. This resource will provide testing focused on Machine Learning and Salesforce in a variety of initiatives. One axample would be CareFirsts effort to add Conversational AI and Natural Language processing functionality to its existing Salesforce based Customer Experience Platform (CXP) to allow for Agent Assist chat boxes and features.

Required Experience:

5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA

2+ years of Salesforce testing experience

3+ years of relational database (SQL) testing experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing.

3+ years of experience with Behavior-driven development (BDD) using Selenium or another automation tool

2+ years of API texting experience

Hands-on testing experience within a Cloud environment
