Job Title: QA Testing at Locations: San Antonio , TX (Onsite) Duration: 6+Months Contract Candidate Needs to Have Below Domain Experience 1.CFO domain ( Chief Financial Officer ) 2.Bank Consumer Lending 3.TPRM ( Third Party Risk Management ) Technical/Functional Skills: CFO: Perform steps needed to execute testing of compliance with laws/regulations and operational risks of complex policies/procedures. Assist with the creation and execution of test steps to identify compliance and operational risks. Follow direction of Leads/Director, to include providing input on areas of testing. Utilizing critical thinking and project management skills aid the ECORT testing team in completing all tasks in a timely manner.6+ years of experience utilizing best practice risk testing or auditing techniques (e.g., transactional testing, control testing, reperformance testing, adherence testing, etc.) across Finance/Accounting (Chief Financial Officer) and/or related enterprise-wide programs. 6+ years demonstrated experience in testing/auditing one or more of the following areas of the Chief Financial Officer: Financial Statements, Corporate Accounting/Finance, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), SOX, Bank Call Report, Life Insurance Reserves, and/or Regulation W. Knowledge of key risks applicable to in-scope areas of the Chief Financial Officer and other related functions. 6+ years of shown experience at a Financial Institution, Big 4 Accounting Firm, Internal/External Auditor function, or Federal Examiner. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), designation(s)." Bank consumer lending Mandatory Experience within the second/third line or third-party consulting, transaction testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA) Experience assessing website (and mobile app) accessibility for public accommodations under the ADA. Experience writing and designing testing questions and strategy for testing regulatory requirements related to the American with Disabilities Act. (ADA) Experience documenting and evidencing compliance and operational risk within the banking industry, preferable at a large complex financial institution. Ability to analyze and apply ADA regulatory requirements to a banks operational environment. Ability to effectively communicate observations and results both orally and in writing at a high level. Bonus Experience control testing in the second/third line and/or third-party consulting. Experience analyzing and evaluating the control environment within the banking industry.
