| Hi Hope you are doing well Title: Data Engineer Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) J Position Summary/Job Description: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles with Terraform and CloudFormation. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of AWS services to architect, develop, and optimize scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment, testing, and monitoring using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based applications and services for performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to implement and enhance security best practices, compliance, and data protection. Participate in cross-functional team discussions, code reviews, and technical discussions to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members. Relevant engineering experience such as software development; critical reasoning skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; experience delivering quality engineering outcomes. Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodePipeline, etc.) Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
