In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients design, develop, and implement innovative customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Omnistudio platform. You will work closely with business analysts, designers, and other developers to deliver exceptional experiences that meet our clients' unique needs. Design and develop engaging and user-friendly OmniStudio applications using tools like Lightning Web Components, Visual Flow, and Apex. Integrate OmniStudio applications with Salesforce and other external systems using Integration Procedures. Build complex data models and workflows using DataRaptor and FlexCards. Configure and administer OmniStudio environments. Collaborate with stakeholders to under requirements and design optimal solutions. Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality. Document technical solutions and processes.
