We have Job opening on - Oracle HCM Technical Lead Experience required - 10+ Years Location - King of Prussia, PA Onsite - Yes JD: Role Description: Lead technical teams in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines in collaboration with Project Managers and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful and on-time delivery. Good experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud with the majority of recent experience in Oracle Fusion (Cloud) applications Recent experience in a lead solution architect role in at least 2 full ERP Cloud implementations Strong familiarity and experience with Cloud implementation approach and methodology Good implementation knowledge on Oracle OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions and BI/OTBI Reports Played customer facing role (onsite lead).
