| Hello Partner, Hope you doing well Role: Sr./Lead App Engineer Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years As a Financial Systems Lead Application Engineer, you will configure and maintain our Enterprise application (OneStream platform), including, but not limited to, creating data load automations, creating new reports and dashboards, engaging stakeholders for requirements, and processing consolidations and month-end close. MANDATORY SKILLS: App / Application Eng. SQL OneStream Finance / Financial analysis SDLC Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Collaborates with enterprise applications team members and finance stakeholders: - Define end-user requirements, functionality specifications for OneStream functionality, and data used for forecasting, people planning, budgeting, tax drill back, accounting, and other modules as needed. OneStream application development: - Business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, and member formulas. Build and maintain data integrations: - Transformation and automations using APIs or other technologies. Responsible for scenario maintenance: - Administrative system tasks to prep for critical business cycles, i.e., budget initiation, planning cycles. Leads problem determination: - Root cause analysis, documents the source of problems and their resolution. Recognizes and analyzes trends in errors to identify and install long-term solutions. Develops detailed configuration parameters: - Custom extensions, workflow, and integration solutions along with governance to ensure consistent standards. Designs new dashboards: - Key metric tracking and insights, modifies existing OneStream solutions in accordance with user specifications. Develops ad hoc analyses: - Support various non-standard reporting inquiries and activities. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in a related discipline and 8 years experience in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, etc.). Alternatively, a masters degree and up to 5 years experience; or 10 years experience in a related field and no degree. Experience with OneStream or other Financial Management/Planning tools. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization. Advanced financial analysis and data analysis skills. Financial modeling using Power BI and other reporting tools. Understanding of financial statements, financial planning, and budgeting. Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the organization. Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of the functional area of support. Preferred: BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, etc.) SQL scripting and data analysis skills.
