| Job Title: Lead Agile Location: Onsite @ Cincinnati, OH, USA Duration: 6+ months Skills: Scrum, Agile, SAFE, squad, Project Management, Kanban Job Description **Overview:** Fifth Third Lead Agilists are part of Enterprise Modernization IT with a focus on supporting Agile Squads. At least 5+ years of business experience and 3+ years of Scrum experience. **Primary Responsibilities:** Support Agile Squad(s) in applying Agile and Scrum principles. Ensure Agile Squad(s) understand and implement Scrum values and principles. Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement. Coach Product Owner and Development Team in effective Product Backlog management. Promote self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, and software craftsmanship. Provide best-in-class service to ServiceNow users and stakeholders. Administer ServiceNow, including upgrades, patch applications, and code releases. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents and performance issues. Create reports and dashboards for tracking trends and issues. Ensure team is focused on delivering business value. **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** 5+ years of full-time business experience. 3+ years of Scrum experience. Solid understanding of the Scrum Framework and principles of agility. Ability to build high-performing teams using inspect and adapt loops. Experience with empirical data collection for team and organization benefits. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present, teach, mentor, and facilitate. Continuous learning in Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitating, and team dynamics. Understanding of software lifecycle development disciplines (e.g., Project Management, Quality Assurance). Knowledge of practices that support agility (CI/CD, Test Driven Development). Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, Mob programming). Leadership skills and experience in promoting innovative thinking and self-improvement. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Experience with Agile tools and techniques. Ability to resolve interpersonal and organizational conflicts. High-energy, passion, and focus on building strong teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Coaching skills with the ability to teach new concepts.
