Role: Pega Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN (Only Locals or Nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality Pega applications. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and implement BPM (Business Process Management) and BRE (Business Rules Engine) applications using Pega PRPC. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega best practices and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth operation and performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides. Stay updated with the latest developments in the Pega platform and incorporate new features and technologies as appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a strong understanding of the Pega platform. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification is required. Experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and BPM/BRE. Proficiency in Pega UI, flows, activities, reports, and agents. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles. Experience with Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
