| Must have local consultant Location: Dearborn, MI (Must be local ) Job Title : Senior System Engineer Visa: USC, GC only MOI: Skype Location: Dearborn, MI (Must be local ) Responsibilities: Implementing and maintaining new Continuous Integration tools and infrastructure. Understanding the changing needs of developers and translating them into action items. Creating new ways to automate and improve the Continuous Integration process. Testing and examining code written by others Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes Working with other teams in the organization to ensure adherence to our best practices Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) Deploy updates and fixes as required to ensure Continuous Integration Develop solutions to integrate with internal back-end systems as needed Perform root cause analysis of development and production build and pipeline issues Develop automation to enhance current processes * Develop new procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance Experience Required: A strong foundation in System Engineering and Administration. 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering role. Linux/Windows Experience with one or more of the following scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, Python Experience with one or more of the following Version Control/Repository Management tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab Experience with one of the following CICD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD Experience with one or more of the following Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Lens Experience with one or more of the following log management tools: Elastic Stack, Loki, FluentD Experience with one or more of the following Configuration Management tools: Ansible, Chef Puppet Experience with one or more of the following Cloud Platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure -- Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment information technology green card Michigan Hybrid Job Title : Senior System Engineer USC, GC only [email protected] |
