As a Genesys Cloud Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and customer support for Genesys Cloud products. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting customers with inquiries and problems, and ensuring a smooth experience with Genesys Cloud.
