| From: Manasa, Calabitek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Hope you are doing well, We do have an immediate position for Role:Data Analyst (Ambulatory) Remote HEALTH CARE MUST need 10+ Requirement seeks an experienced Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Analyst to develop complex queries using multiple clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction data sources to create reports, data models, and visualizations that support the administration of Ambulatory quality and incentive measures. This data analyst role will support improving patient care and clinical outcomes by creating custom measures for providers across the spectrum of care. A successful candidate has experience with Inpatient and Ambulatory quality reporting based on Epic data models in Clarity and Caboodle. This role will include developing new measures for procedural and medical specialties. Should be able to understand and create solutions for assigning a patient, case, or stay to an individual provider. Responsibilities: Collaborate with data and analytics translators, business analysts, Finance,, software engineers, EHR teams, clinicians, and leadership to identify and address data needs for ambulatory quality initiatives. Collaborate with our teams to develop and execute data analysis plans to assess clinical performance, identify trends, and track progress towards quality goals. Educate Data and Analytics translators and leaders to communicate data analysis reports and visualizations to stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable insights. Develop Epic Clarity reports related to ambulatory care and quality measures. Identify opportunities for improving clinical workflows through user observation, data analysis, and experimentation. Understand how data is filed in the chart and what items are discrete and measurable, and those that are not structured. Conduct hands-on analysis and statistical forecasting to refine and guide clinical informatics, design, and workflow. Run usability tests and adapt designs accordingly to ensure a satisfactory user experience. Create data dictionaries, and other project documents as needed. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the user experience and informatic foundation is carried through the design and development of digital and health system solutions. Read and analyze specifications from payers, CMS, and data exchange partners, such as reference labs, Health Information Exchanges, and other analytics vendors. Translate measures specifications into SQL, such as for HEDIS or CMS measures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of that experience tied to data analysis within the healthcare setting. Expert level understanding of Epic Clarity reporting & clinical modules, and Caboodle report models for contract and roster management. Competent in SQL including complex queries, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, & query optimization Strong grasp of analytic and statistical methods. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Google infrastructure (GCP, BigQuery, Looker, Google Sheets, etc) Knowledge and application of project management disciplines in a complex environment. Experience observing stakeholders and workflows to learn about underlying clinical problems and potential solutions. Clinical experience in the inpatient or outpatient setting. Experience in facilitating, leading, and influencing large interdisciplinary project teams. Experience with Agile Development methods and tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities. Understanding the relationship between Health Maintenance in Epic, and quality measures. Experience using data from external credentialing systems.
