Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize Lead with strong proficiency in Java development to join our dedicated team. As an Actimize Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Actimize platform, leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges in financial crime prevention and compliance. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development efforts of Actimize-based solutions, with a focus on Java technologies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments. Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Stay updated with Actimize platform advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continually improve our solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer with expertise in Actimize development. Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development , including frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc. Hands-on experience with Actimize components such as AIS, RCM, or other Actimize modules. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Preferred Qualifications: Actimize certifications (e.g., Actimize Developer, Actimize Analyst) will be plus. Experience in the financial services industry or related domains. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial crime prevention practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
