The successful candidate will collaborate with Business, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver complex, cross-functional projects. Responsibilities: -Work closely with product management, marketing, and technology teams to design, develop, and implement seamless multi-channel experiences. -Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the SCRUM team, leading pre-sprint technical design and grooming sessions. -Drive the analysis, elaboration, and design of user stories, ensuring high-quality code with robust unit tests and automation. -Contribute to high-level architecture and lead low-level design, promoting modular design, reuse, and best practices. -Apply industry best practices to deliver exceptional solutions while ensuring compliance with organisation standards -Facilitate change, drive innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction. -Oversee software development activities to meet deadlines and project timelines. -Investigate and resolve issues identified by QA or product support. -Ensure adherence to software standards and quality targets. Requirements: -Proven experience in developing mission-critical web and server applications within an agile environment. -Strong skills in software architecture, design, and problem-solving. -Experience in implementing customer experience management solutions and complex campaign orchestration end-to-end. -Experience with client-side technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, HTL, CSS3, SASS, Angular 2.0+, React/Redux, Jasmine, Karma, JSON, TypeScript, ES6, NPM, Bower, Gulp, Grunt, and WebPack. - Over 7 years experience with Adobe Campaign and Marketo. -Knowledge of Salesforce concepts and ecosystem. -At least 4 years experience with backend technologies including Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases. -Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate. -Proficiency with IDEs such as Eclipse, Webstorm, IntelliJ, Microsoft Visual Studio, or Netbeans. -Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, AEM, and Adobe Experience Platform. -Understanding of Responsive and Material design principles. -Familiarity with agile development methodologies and TDD. -Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins. -Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk, and Dynatrace. -Experience in building CI/CD pipelines meeting all quality standards. -Marketo Engage Expert Certification preferred. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
