Specific Tasks: Assess Current state of Nortel PBX system and map out Analog & Digital ports. Recommend Future state with Cisco VoIP platform Implement Future state of the new system. Test Test future state in non production environment Support & Maintain Support issues & questions coming from the future state Knowledge Transfer Knowledge transfer to County personnel regarding the future bstate. Required Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP/Telecom and Nortel PBX system Ability to design and/or configure the network infrastructure for deployment of Cisco Unified Communications technology Experience Requirements: Hand on experience of Nortel PBX system. Hands on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation (e.g., CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc.).
