Data Modeling: Designing and creating data models to represent the structure of databases and data warehouses. SQL Development: Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and managing databases. Database Administration: Understanding database management, performance tuning, and security. Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages like VBA and .NET. Ability to work closely with IT teams to ensure designs are aligned with Business objectives. Assist in converting requirements into designs / configurations for testing, review and implementation plans with the Program Manager, Business groups, user groups. Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions. Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure to Microsoft Access applications. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in .NET development. Previous experience with enterprise systems. Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and definition of solutions with the business. Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions, and communicate effectively with technical teams to develop and configure solutions. Strong competency in basic Microsoft 365 applications as well as Visio, Access, and MS Project The candidate will be expected to: Develop database solutions. Install and configure information systems. Analyze structural requirements for new software. Migrate data from legacy systems. Design conceptual and logical data models. Translate business requirements into technology requirements. Define data standards and principles. Visualize and design an organizations enterprise data management framework. Ensure data accuracy and security. Align data architecture with business needs. Design, implement, and maintain data infrastructure. Assist the Program Manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking. Assist in coordinating project activities and deliverables across other team members. Effectively plan and conduct transition activities of newly implemented functionality to appropriate teams. Provide post-implementation support.
