| From: Nitin Tehriya, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] UX / UI designer mid-level (experienced enough to hold their own in a meeting, not get pushed around and ask questions but junior enough to do some production work, consult with and take direction from our UX team without getting bored) Types of work: Picking up small projects from the core team and following their guidance, picking up small new projects and representing the UX team solo in meetings but checking in with the core UX team for guidance, comparison to other projects etc.. These might be as simple as determining a new UI pattern and workflow in Outlook, or a little more complicated, like helping to shape an off the shelf tool for resource management, a dashboard and workflow while pushing the team to think about the end user first, and making a compelling argument for adjustments to product that came directly off the shelf. Establishing Figma design kits in our branding for faster prototyping and development hand off for platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.. These are the bigger platforms we do quite a bit of work on. Having a separate Figma starting place for each will make future mock-ups faster so we can focus our time on the solving of problems instead of the recreating of interface patterns and assets. Internal templates for our own Team Branding and frequent repeated needs. We have several built but need to bring consistency in design and use.
