Business Acumen: Being able to align technology strategies with business goals, understand industry trends, and drive innovation. 3. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. 4. Problem-Solving: Being able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them. 5.
