Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester supporting a major Maryland-based healthcare partner. Position Description: The Salesforce Quality Assurance Testing will provide testing support to Salesforce systems and associated/integrated applications along with third-party integrations. Conduct deep technical analysis/testing of release in plan to conduct validation and verification of entire application. Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test application changes. Understand the functional specification and scope of releases to design robust testing harness to ensure the quality delivery Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required). Apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems Work closely with the Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies. Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems. Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment. Be responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform. Job Description: They will have a broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, and capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment. Detailed knowledge of Healthcare Payer and CRM application in Service/Operational space. 5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies to include 3+ years of experience with Salesforce. 4+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing. 2+ years of experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing 3+ years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools. Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology. Any Salesforce certification would be a plus. Bachelor degree.
