| From: Geetha, Paramount software solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Partners, Role:SAP UI/UX Lead Location: Kansas, MO (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months (Possibility of Extension) Note:No H1B's Overview The SAP Lead UI/UX Resource is responsible for the implementation of the SAP UX Strategy for the whole SAP suite which includes on-premise and cloud applications with S/4 HANA as the digital core. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing SAPs standard User Experience solutions for customers. Ensure successful communication, deployment and adoption of SAP UX strategy in every project. This means proactive evangelization of SAP UX strategy and leading a change to embed UX activities into projects Conduct UX workshops with various functional teams to plan prioritize, design, and build UX applications to support a complete and cohesive user experience. Provide knowledge transfer to project and customer teams on SAP UX solutions. Stay current on UX trends and best practices across interaction types (web, mobile, etc.) and creatively apply UX trends to customer needs. Build a strategic & scalable UI UX strategy to harness the digital core Understand emerging technology trends & work on POCs to investigate the same Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and resolution skills. Ability to monitor and handle the progress of tasks. Work scheduling and prioritizing, and coordination with vendor resources Act as a point of contact to coordinate dependencies with other teams. Work across multiple Scrum Teams, Solution Architects, and Functional Teams to define and deliver innovative solutions Ensure alignment to standards & standard methodologies Single point of contact for all UI UX requirements for Functional teams, vendor resources, and enterprise platform owners Build an environment for developing innovative solutions with an emphasis on automating work where possible Identify repetitive steps with a focus on building automation Engage in POCs to explore new technologies & ways of working Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 18+ years of experience in SAP solution design and implementation; application development experience Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle S/4 Migration experience Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Experience in SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP, Agile, and Waterfall. The candidate should have proven knowledge and skills in the following areas: SAP Fiori, and UX for S/4HANA are the most important ones as well as BTP knowledge. BTP and/or any Fiori/SAPUI5 Certification would be a plus Hands on experience in SAP UI5, FIORI, API & building mobile/digital solutions Experience in drafting & driving UI UX strategy & design Knowledge of architecture and development methodologies. Experience in SAP BTP, Business Application Studio, ABAP Preferred SAP Certifications & training Current knowledge of industry trends and ability to apply that knowledge to application development design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT staff, and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in leading and managing technical teams. SAP certification is a plus.
