As a key member, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable applications using Scala programming language and Apache Spark framework. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our data processing pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and analysis. Responsibilities: Design and develop Scala-based applications leveraging Spark for large-scale data processing. Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments. Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. Requirements: Proficiency in Scala programming language. Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, including Spark SQL and Spark Streaming. Strong understanding of distributed computing principles. Experience with data processing frameworks and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of functional programming concepts in Scala.
