Convert select databases from Oracle/SQL Server to PostgreSQL. Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy, including planning, design, and implementation. Collaborate with the in-house database support team to transfer knowledge and ensure they are equipped to manage and maintain the new RDS environment. Perform database performance tuning and optimization in the new RDS environment. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process. Create detailed documentation of the migration processes, configurations, and best practices.
