The Project Manager in this role will be responsible for helping implement the ERP, training end users, creating documentation, and hypercare. This is a 6-7 month contract opportunity and on-site 5 days a week in Garland, TX.Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing ERP systems Experience with ServiceTitan or another field service ERP is preferred Experience integrating software platforms with various types and functions Experience working with cross platform integration protocols Experience with project management software like Smartsheets PMP certification preferred Responsibilities Working within the Operation Workflow and Inventory modules of ServiceTitan Coordinating timelines with internal teams and 3 party partners to meet deadlines Ensure documentation and collection of SOPs for system functions Deploy and test business critical system integrations Navigate migration and implementation roadblocks and communicate to leadership Create documentation for workflows, changes, testing, etc. Ensure information delivery to the new CRM by facilitating quality control sessions Keywords: Texas Project Manager -- Onsite - Garland, TX [email protected] |
