JOB DESCRIPTION Job description Seeking a seasoned Data Analyst with 7+ years of solid data process, and data analysis experience for our IT projects spanning multiple systems & technologies. Involves technology-based analysis of Data practices, processes and problems; developing solutions which may involve process design, data analysis, data visualization, creating specifications for data requirements, validating requirements against needs, and develop training materials for system implementation. Also, responsible to develop a new dashboard using the existing solution and publish it to website. May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex data or systems issues. Experience with Tableau is a plus. Provide training and support on dashboard maintenance to the data as applicable. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on developed dashboards/reports as needed. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable project delivery skills 1. Applies data process and analysis concepts, up to and including the most complex and advanced, while formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's data plan and system requirements. 2. Independently analyzes large-scale data practices, processes and problems, up to and including the most complex. 3. Independently performs analysis, up to and including the most complex, of systems and integration issues and creates interface specifications / requirements. Must have a tenacity for continuous improvement. 4. Able to assist project manager from initiation to closure with smooth handoff to operations teams 5. Thorough in maintaining all project artifacts such as data requirements document, business process document, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization. 6. Preferred skillset Tableau experience is a positive 7. Hands on experience on any data visualization tool is a must. Preferred is Tableau.
