Position: QA Data Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

MOI:  Phone and Video

Must have Pharmaceutical experience

with at least 3 years of hands-on SQL experience as well as at least 1 year of Pharmaceutical HCP and Patient data experience, to provide end-to-end QA solutions and support for Patient and HCP marketing programs for a major Pharmaceutical client in the Central NJ area. As such, the QA Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of pre-launch and post-launch Adobe Campaign Classic marketing campaigns. You will leverage your QA background and expertise to confirm that messages that are specifically designed for segmented targeted audiences are set up accurately and then validate that outcome was as desired. You will also interface closely with all other key stakeholders, such as IT, Digital QA, Marketing and Data Operations, as well as external vendors. You will also be responsible for constructing and implementing test plans to verify the integrity of the campaigns and data. 

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent degree or work experience)

Minimum of 3 years hands-on software development experience in a manual testing role

Experience in developing test strategies, crafting test cases to support QA and testing strategies

Experience with CRM / Marketing Automation campaign management platform, such as Unica, Aprimo Campaign, Adobe Campaign, SalesForce or other CRM campaign platforms. Knowledge and understanding of campaign support development process, and direct knowledge of Adobe Campaign

Working knowledge and experience with multi-channel campaign development process

Working knowledge and experience with data models, data schemas, workflow, segmentations, data validation

Solid knowledge of SQL as it applies to process and data validation

Experience with creation and execution of test cases to validate data ingestion, data segmentation and delivery of expected communications to the targeted audience

Responsibilities

Assure and confirm digital marketing automation campaigns are of the highest quality - both pre-launch and post-launch.

Continuously monitor currently running campaigns and journeys and troubleshoot ongoing issues with campaigns or clients.

Strong knowledge of SQL and how to use it to segment targeted population. Experience with customer data schema.

Experience with developing reliable testing strategies, technical campaign workflows, creating queries to extract validate campaign data.

Research into business questions, inquiries and requests regarding targeted population, segmentations, inclusion and exclusion rules, multi-channel targeting and customer profile

Proactively and reactively diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to catch reoccurring bugs

Ability to understand brand marketing perspective and campaign objectives

Ability to review business and technical requirements and be able to create test cases to ensure data integrity and quality of inbound and outbound data is maintained

Provide continuous validation that segmentations are correctly executed and the targeted audience is accurately targeted by desired communication stream and communication channel and cadence.

Working knowledge of cloud, API and file-based data processing and validation.

Work closely with Brand teams to clearly understand brand goals and objectives

Create appropriate QA and UAT tests for Adobe Campaigns

Responsible for communication, configuration and resolution of campaign issues and activities

Advise regarding data, business use cases, and test plans

Regularly communicate status and continued alignment with stakeholders
