Job Role Oracle HCM Technical lead Location - King of Prussia, PA & Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 12+ Months Onsite from Day 1 Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with the submission Experience (Years): 10 & Above Competencies: SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Oracle EBS HCM R12 Role Description: Lead technical teams in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines in collaboration with Project Managers and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful and on-time delivery. Essential Skills: Good experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud with most of the recent experience in Oracle Fusion (Cloud) applications Recent experience in a lead solution architect role in at least 2 full ERP Cloud implementations Strong familiarity and experience with Cloud implementation approach and methodology Good implementation knowledge on Oracle OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions and BI/OTBI Reports Played customer facing role (onsite lead). Worked on ERP Cloud Fit gap, Integration, Report and Extension finalization Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients and the implementation team.
