Responsibilities - Elicits requirements using interviews, data analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, business process analysis and task and workflow analysis. - Evaluates the overall business need and assists with design and implementation to ensure solutions achieve overall business objectives. - Develops a roadmap for meeting the short-and-long term objectives. - Writes requirements and translates specifications to technical experts. Identifies potential technical problems. - In depth analysis for purposes of mapping to Data Warehouse and source system Web Services. - Validate development matches the business expectations before moving items to QA. - Understand the upstream and downstream effects of the enhancement that are being made both from the business process perspective and technology. - Facilitate UAT with the Business Units prior to Release. - Coordinating communication between different development disciplines, Salesforce, Java, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and IT Operations. - Facilitate priority meeting with business leaders to review requests and stack rank prioritized requests. - Manage the request in take process and properly set Business Unit expectations. - Collaborate with other IT Teams and Business Units with an interest in the enhancements made by the Workstream. - Some Salesforce report development and data loading.
