Primary Skills Oracle CPQ. Secondary Skills JavaScript, CSS, and XML Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their CPQ needs. Translate business requirements into CPQ configuration settings, rules, and workflows. CPQ Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle CPQ Cloud to meet business needs: Define product catalog structures, pricing models, and discounting rules. Set up product configuration options, bundles, and constraints. Design approval workflows and document templates. Customize CPQ processes based on specific use cases. Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams (developers, integration specialists) to ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Understand data flow between CPQ and CRM/ERP applications. Assist in data migration efforts. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve functional issues related to CPQ. Propose solutions to address business challenges. Optimize CPQ processes for efficiency. Best Practices and Process Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle CPQ Cloud features and enhancements. Recommend best practices for CPQ implementation. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions. Project Management and Stakeholder Communication: Lead CPQ implementation projects: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with project teams and manage project risks. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. Training and User Support: Train end-users on CPQ functionality. Provide ongoing support and address user queries. Qualifications: Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud. At least two end-to-end CPQ implementation projects. Functional Skills: Strong understanding of CPQ configuration, pricing, and approval processes. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical settings. Familiarity with BML functions for complex use cases. Technical Knowledge (preferred but not mandatory): Basic understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and XML. Exposure to web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
