Project Manager/Scrum (Recent Healthcare ) Remote / Louisville, KY Linkedin ID Passport number Experience 10+ Years We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master with a strong background in Azure services, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Python, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the healthcare data engineering space, managing projects that involve complex data integration and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while also facilitating agile practices and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Proficiency in Python programming. Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience in the healthcare data engineering space, with knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in data engineering and data analytics within the healthcare sector. Knowledge of other Azure services and tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience working in a cloud-based environment. Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Skills: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, Python, PySpark, Kafka, Project Management, Scrum Master.
