| Only OH candidates USC, GC We are looking for Salesforce QA with marketing cloud in Cincinnati, Ohio Expr Level: 12+ years This position is more about just doing QA work on emails within Marketing Cloud and documenting what is found. Also important to note: this isn't a typical QA role like we are used to. The ideal candidate would be 1 - 2 years in their Marketing Cloud career, a go getter, and eager to grow their knowledge and experience. Knowledge of other email marketing systems such as Marketo will also work. Minimum Position Qualifications/Education Requirements: 1 year hands-on experience in outbound e-mail marketing. Must have strong workflow management experience and ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines. Exceptional communication and account management skills. Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Desired Previous Job Experience/Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred. Experience working on complex email campaigns. Experience using marketing cloud solutions (e.g. SalesForce). Digital communications experience with multi-channel retailer preferred. Success working in a fast-paced environment with ability to identify resources needed and reprioritize project tasks while meeting deadlines and goals.
