This position will need to have a relationship with the PM. Need to translate what product is asking for and regurgitate- very collaborative This is a Senior level position - right before manager but the HM is really wanting them to eventually be able to run teams, they are looking for leadership skills and someone who is able to jump in and be the leader of the team. MUST HAVE: a minimum of 7 years of data related experience Who is the manager looking for/Top 3 Skills: Someone who is experienced in setting up databases, creating dimensional model synapse, and tuning - this is more important than databricks experience in the HM opinion. **Click Stream experience would be a HUGE plus** Experience working on cloud migration methodologies and processes including tools like Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and other Azure data services Expert in SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks Trust is Contagious!!
