Builds and maintains strong client and business partner relationships. Contributes to internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices. Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration or healthcare related field. 8+ years of program/project management experience with focus on client and product implementation. 4+ in Healthcare Payer with Business and IT Solutions across these domains for self0funded client implementation (Enrolment/Benefit Administration, Claims Administration, Portals, Finance, Reporting) Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Working knowledge of Payer Administration with client implementation and product enablement Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Strong working knowledge of change management principles. Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment. Stakeholder management skills in large complex project/program with Internal and external teams preferred.
