Level Description: 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Mandatory Skills: 8 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology practices. 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team involving cross team dependencies. 8 years of experience managing backlog using Jira. 4 years of experience Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings.
